Straight Line Founder and CEO Aisha Satterwhite Chavers is an executive-level leader, strategist, and coach. She helps transform organizations and leaders as they move through complex change and growth.. Since founding Straight Line Consultants in 2011, she has advised executive and senior leaders in the areas of organizational transformation, leadership development, team management, and advocacy and engagement.

For 25 years, Aisha has worked at the intersection of advocacy, tech, and social change. She’s led engagements with mission-driven organizations, foundations, creative agencies, startups, tech companies, multinational brands, labor organizations, membership associations, and political campaigns, running successful multimillion dollar brand, advocacy, paid media, and fundraising campaigns both in-house and as a consultant.

That work includes engaging with more than 200 organizations, tech companies, and brands in the US, UK, and Africa. Most recently, she served as Interim Managing Director at Social Venture Partners International; Managing Director at Coworker.org; Advisor at Coworker Solidarity Fund; and Managing Director at Blue State. She has led programs at The Africa Fund, One Economy Corporation, Service Employees International Union, National Education Association, and Human Rights Campaign.

Aisha is currently a Fellow and Advisory Committee Member for the Build the Bench program at the Rutgers University Center for Innovation in Worker Organization, and Commissioner and former Vice Chair of the Montgomery County Commission on Remembrance and Reconciliation, which is a partnership with the Montgomery County, Maryland Office of Human Rights and Alabama-based Equal Justice Initiative.
